Policies
• All disclaimer fees & payments are NON-REFUNDABLE (even if clients chooses to pay in full)
• A mask is Required during your session if you are coughing. (If you are sick, please reschedule.)
•No extra guests are allowed (unless they have an appointment right after you)
• Session splits will require a rebooking fee of $150 before a new date is arranged.
• Designs are sent out 1 day prior to your appointment day (May be sooner for larger sessions). Major (full) Design changes must be discussed 7 days prior to appointment day to avoid a Last Minute design. Change Fee of $50. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
FINAL PAYMENT: Please pay your remaining balance in cash. Balance must be paid upon your arrival before the start of the session.
LATE POLICY: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, you run the risk of your appointment being rescheduled. (Must be in the studio at that time)
RESCHEDULE POLICY: The client and the Artist are allowed 1 reschedule. If the client reschedules before 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time there will be no rescheduling fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours will require a fee of $50 which will be due before a new date is booked. The client has 30 days to schedule a new appointment to avoid the deposit being forfeited. If a client has to reschedule a 2nd time, the client will have to rebook an appointment with a New deposit.
• No Call No Show: Your deposit will be forfeited. Future booking might be prohibited.
If the client gives the artist a hard time (Being disrespectful or arguing) The artist will cancel your appointment and will ban you from booking indefinitely
